“Achoo!” sneezed Lili into her tissue. Tin-Tin stopped polishing the moon-garden table. Her round metal tummy gleamed. Her little fan was dusty. “What a wonderful noise!” she said. “Was that a tiny rocket?” “Just my cold,” sniffled Lili. “I want to try!”

Tin-Tin inspected a pepper shaker. Nothing. She brushed a soft feather across her metal nose. Tickle, tickle. Nothing. Then she stood very straight. “ACHOO!” Lili giggled. “That sounded like a robot shouting achoo.” “It was an excellent shout,” said Tin-Tin.
Lili reached for the watering can, then stopped to wipe her nose. “I’ll help,” said Tin-Tin. She watered the moon flowers, drop by careful drop. Golden flower dust drifted toward her fan. Whirr. Whirrr. Wibble. “Oh,” said Tin-Tin. “That feels… fizzy.”
Her air filter was full of flower dust. Tin-Tin trembled from button to bolt. Then— “PFFFFFFFFT!” Loose petals flew off the table like tiny pink spaceships. One landed on Lili’s head. One landed on Tin-Tin’s nose. Neither friend said anything. Then both began to laugh.
“Bless you, Tin-Tin!” said Lili. “Thank you. Mine came out sideways.” Together they gathered the petals. Lili fetched a soft brush for Tin-Tin’s dusty grille; Tin-Tin fetched Lili a fresh tissue. They sat beneath the stars. “Achoo!” said Lili. “Bless you,” whispered Tin-Tin. “Lovely launch.”
